Refund Policy
|
|
It is the policy of Apollo Gardens Caravan Park to accept forward bookings. Please note minimum two day bookings are required during the School Holiday Periods.
Upon receipt of the requested deposit a guarantee of a site or accommodation will be held exclusively for you for a period of 20 hours from 10.00am for a site or 1.00pm for accommodation, the balance of the booking is to be paid on arrival.
By paying a deposit equal to 1 nights accommodation you can ensure your reservation will be held for the first night. Deposits must be received no later than seven (7) days after your booking has been confirmed; otherwise your booking will be cancelled. Deposits (less a $10.00 booking fee) will be refunded if the Park is notified of your cancellation seven (7) days prior to your scheduled arrival. If notice of your cancellation is received after this period the Park Owner/Manager may retain all of the deposit money. If payment has been made by cheque, then the receipt is issued subject to such cheque being cleared, there will be (a fee charge for dishonoured or re-presented cheques). No refund for early departures!
Failure to Notify of Cancellation
If you do not notify Apollo Gardens Caravan Park of your cancellation, or if you do not arrive by 10.00am for your caravan site or 1.00pm for your accommodation on the day after your scheduled arrival date, then your booking will be cancelled by the Park Owner or Manager without any refund to you.
